Energy savings may be impaired because you have your radiators covered with clothes, trying to dry them out, because with the cold weather you can't put them on the clothes line. This is in effect insulating your radiators, thereby not warming your rooms. Chances are you might even have upped the temperature of the boiler to compensate, causing even higher bills.You need to put you clothes on airing racks, and not right in front of the radiators.

I agree, maybe what we could also try is that we choose the proper radiator for a specific need so as not to become expensive in energy.
